4、鋁卷出口處風(fēng)機(jī)少，風(fēng)量不夠，導(dǎo)鋁卷致冷卻速度慢，不能使型材在較短的時(shí)間內(nèi)降到200℃以下，使粗大的Mg2Si過早分出，從而使固溶相削減，影響了型材熱處理后的機(jī)械功能；需求強(qiáng)化風(fēng)冷條件，有條件的工廠可設(shè)備霧化冷卻設(shè)備，以期到達(dá)6063合金冷卻梯度的較低請(qǐng)求。

5、時(shí)效技術(shù)不妥、熱風(fēng)循環(huán)不暢或熱電偶設(shè)備位置不準(zhǔn)確，導(dǎo)致時(shí)效不充分或過時(shí)效；需求強(qiáng)合理斷定時(shí)效技術(shù)，鋁卷準(zhǔn)確設(shè)備熱電偶，準(zhǔn)確擺放型材以保證熱風(fēng)循環(huán)曉暢。
5, with aging technology and hot air circulation is not smooth or thermocouple device position is not accurate, resulting in inadequate or aging aging; reasonable that aging technology demand is strong, the aluminum coil accurate equipment to ensure accurate placement of thermocouple, hot air circulation and profile.
